Do I have to take the $10 class first?
No, but we recommend it if you’ve never tried Reformer. Take one class for $10, see how it feels, then start your 30 days.
When do my 30 days start?
Your 30 days begin on the date of purchase.
What happens after 30 days?
Nothing, unless you choose. Your package doesn’t auto-renew. You can move to an Unlimited Membership, a Founding Membership, or a class pack that never expires.
Do I need any Pilates experience?
None at all. Every class has modifications. Arrive 7–10 minutes early for your first class, and your instructor will set you up on the Reformer before class starts.
What should I wear?
Fitted, comfortable workout clothes so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are required. Bring your own or pick up a pair at the studio.
How big are classes?
Classes are capped at 11 Reformers, so your instructor knows your name and notices your form.
What if I need to cancel a class?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a $15 late fee.
Is it safe after an injury or pregnancy?
Reformer Pilates is low-impact and highly adaptable. Check with your healthcare provider first, then let your instructor know before class so they can modify for you.
