YOUR QUESTIONS
Absolutely — the Reformer is actually one of the best ways to learn Pilates. The springs support and guide your movement, making exercises easier to learn correctly than on a mat. Our instructors teach neutral spine alignment and proper form from your very first class, so you build strength safely from day one.
Start with Reformer Pilates, our foundation class — classic sequences, contemporary moves, and modifications for every level. Pilates Stretch & Flow is another gentle entry point. Once you’re comfortable on the Reformer, the rest of the schedule opens up to you.
Yes — that’s what the classes are for. Every movement has modifications, spring resistance adjusts to you, and nobody is expected to keep up with anyone else. Our members range from teenagers to seniors, and everyone works at their own level.
You’re welcome here. Let us know when you book and tell your instructor before class — they’ll guide you through safe modifications. Private 1:1 sessions are also a great option for personalized prenatal and postpartum coaching.
Reserve ahead — our boutique classes are intimate and often fill up. Booking takes about a minute on our schedule page.
Whatever fits your life: single classes ($30), packages that never expire (6, 10, or 15 classes), or unlimited memberships from $164/month. No enrollment fees, no pressure — see all options on our Pricing page.
READY?
The hardest part of Reformer Pilates is walking in the first time. We’ve made that part cost $10 — and once you’re on the Reformer, our instructors and community take care of the rest. You can do this.
