Meet Kristi Moore
a certified trainer, nutrition coach, and lifelong student of movement who has spent more than two decades helping people feel strong in their bodies. Studio Sculpt is the studio she always knew she would build.
HER STORY
Kristi took on her first personal training clients at 18, and she never stopped. She went on to build a successful corporate career, and she kept training clients the whole time: early mornings, evenings, weekends. It was never a side job to her. It was the work she loved most.
That commitment started in the classroom. Kristi earned her Associate of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Diego Mesa College, where she built her foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and how the body moves. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from California National University, graduating cum laude. That degree gave her a deep understanding of what motivates people, how habits form, and how to build a culture where people want to show up.
She has also lived the discipline she teaches. Kristi is a WBFF Fitness Model Pro and a former Miss Fitness USA competitor, which means she knows firsthand what it takes to train with purpose, fuel with intention, and stay consistent.
In 2025, she turned more than twenty years of preparation into Studio Sculpt: a beautiful Reformer Pilates studio built on expert instruction, real community, and the belief that everybody belongs.

MORE THAN TWO DECADES OF COACHING
For over 20 years, Kristi has worked as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant, and today she also coaches clients as a certified fitness and nutrition coach. Her approach has always been personal. She meets people where they are, builds programs that fit real life, and pairs movement with the nutrition habits that make results last. That same philosophy shapes every class at Studio Sculpt, where first-timers and experienced movers share the same room and both leave challenged.
A STUDIO BUILT ON BUSINESS KNOW-HOW
Passion opens a studio. Experience keeps it thriving. Kristi spent more than a decade in business development and sales leadership, including a senior role as Regional Sales Director. She was a Presidents Club recipient and consistently ranked among the top business developers in the country. Along the way she negotiated major contracts, analyzed pricing, and mentored and coached her teams.
That background is why Studio Sculpt works the way it does. Pricing sits well below comparable studios, there are no enrollment fees, and class packages never expire. Kristi knows what fair value looks like, and she knows how to build a team people love learning from.
